To everything there is a
season, and a time to every purpose under
the heaven. [Eccl. 3:1]
During the course of our
allotted time on this earth, we have to make
some important choices and decisions with
regards to our lifestyles. Incidentally, our
allotted time on this earth could also be
considered a “season”, even a description of
life itself. The course of that allotted
time could be considered as our personal
lifestyle on this earth.
Regardless of how you
consider such, the bottom line is this: most
of those decisions made will require us to
take some type of action. The decisions we
make, when dealing with life’s realities,
should first involve our thoughts however.
Those thoughts, and other factors related to
our thoughts, then determine our actions.
Today however, the average
working class American does not put much
thought into issues and topics, be they
political or religious in scope. For
example, have you ever thought about just
how much religion and politics control our
lifestyles? Have you ever thought about the
two sides of politics and religion? Or do
you believe there is only one side?
Have you ever considered how
your thoughts, beliefs, and actions affect
you as an individual? Have you ever
considered that oft times other individuals,
family, friends, acquaintances, etc., are
also affected by your thoughts and actions,
as well as the lack of such?
Here’s an example of such,
with regards to my opening comments. For the
past few months I’ve thought about,
pondered, and considered an escalating
problem in my own personal life – time -
more specifically the lack thereof. At first
I thought the cliché, “not enough hours in
the day” was merely a result of my getting
older, slowing down physically. Coupled with
that reality of life was my return to the
labor force; in other words a return to the
work place after “retiring” from fifty plus
years of blue collar physical labor.
Nonetheless, the
aforementioned cliché has also become a
concern and problem with individuals much
younger then me also. From the physical
perspective I realized many decades ago
there is a “time to be born and a time to
die”. [Eccl. 3:2] I’m still living,
residing in the season, the time, between my
physical birth and eventual physical death,
just as you who are listening to this
particular radio program, “The X-Tremes”,
and/or presently reading this article.
Now to broaden the scope; in
the book of Ecclesiastes are these words as
well; “A time to break down and a time to
build.” [Eccl. 3:3] One dictionary I have
defines time as “a period during which an
action, process, or condition exists or
continues.” Here’s some interesting words as
well; “O ye hypocrites, you can discern the
face of the sky, but you can not discern the
signs of the times?” [Math. 16:3]
An obvious question should be
this one; “How does one discern the signs of
the times”? There is a “time to break down”;
in other words break down an issue or topic.
For example, the phrase “not enough hours in
the day”; there’s another side to that
process however: “a time to build.” In
between those two processes/methods is
something called attitude, which is
determined by an individual’s thoughts,
beliefs, and understanding.
How many individuals have
thought about, really pondered these words
of Jesus as well; “I have come that they
might have life and that they might have it
more abundantly”? [John 10:10] Hopefully you
have realized Jesus stated, “Might
have”, not will have!
Here’s an example of the break down method I
just mentioned.
Have you ever heard the
expression, “Get a life”? The obvious
question should be, “What is life”? Then
too, have you ever thought about what
happens when our personal season of physical
life ends? Does our life cease to exist? Is
there another life, other than what we
consider physical life? Does time end at the
point when physical life ceases to exist?
Does another season begin? Those questions
could lead to this question: “What is the
reason, my purpose, during my season, on a
planet called Earth?
Furthermore, who are the
“they” Jesus referred to? Could it possibly
mean you and me? Jesus stated, “Might have”,
implying that the abundant life has, in all
probability, something to do with the
decisions that “they” make, or fail to make.
Another example, the Bible
states, “Behold now is the day of
salvation”. [2nd Cor. 6:2] Decisions are
preceded by belief; belief however is
preceded by our thought processes.
Therefore, some will believe that the day of
salvation can be put off until tomorrow.
Others have a misperception of what
salvation actually is, in what I often refer
to as “the real world”.
Many individuals think,
believe, and act like the word “salvation”
merely applies to “religion”. They
fail to realize that salvation also applies
to politics as well. To compound that
realization, many “Christians” fail to
realize that salvation is directly related
to the phrase “abundant life” politically
and religiously, in the here and now, not
just the “sweet bye and bye”.
Here’s but one example of
that statement, one aspect with regards to
“abundant life”, in the here and now,
politically and religiously. “Congress shall
make no law respecting the establishment of
religion OR prohibiting the free exercise
thereof”. That phrase of the U.S.
Constitution’s first amendment is directly
related to the abundant life Jesus
mentioned. But they – meaning the
politicians – specifically the U.S. supreme
Court of 1947, began stripping away in
earnest, the political and religious reality
of the abundant life contained in that
particular phrase of the first amendment.
You don’t see the premise of
“abundant life” within the Constitution’s
first amendment? Consider the “BIG” picture
first. One dictionary defines abundant as,
“more than enough, amply sufficient”. From a
realistic, practical, and physical vantage
point, America has more than enough
Christian denominations; but is
America amply sufficient in Christian
churches?
If you do not realize the
difference and distinction between a
Christian denomination and Christian church,
you will not understand the abundant life
Jesus referred to, from a realistic and
practical perspective; nor will you
understand politically or religiously
either. Believe it or not folks, there is a
distinction between “life” and “abundant
life”.
In between life and abundant
life, in my last statement, is a single
word, the word “and”. How important is a
single word? Consider this; the first phrase
of the Constitution’s first amendment has
two clauses with regards to religion. The
first pertains to its establishment; the
second pertains to its exercise. Both
clauses pertain to religion, meaning the
establishment and the exercise of such
religion. But first, what is “religion”?
Are you aware of, have you
realized that those two aforementioned
clauses have a single word separating such?
That word is “or”. Perhaps you have begun to
realize there is “more than enough, an amply
sufficient”, an abundant supply of political
religion within America. Here’s something
else to consider as well.
The majority of
Constitutional, lawful American citizens are
not aware that, by definition, everyone is
“religious”. Thus the bottom line question,
with regards to the big picture for America,
is this: “Whose religion will prevail”? If
you think and believe that last question is
absurd, read the first phrase of the
Constitution’s first amendment word by word.
Don’t assume that religion merely applies to
some Bible beliefs or some church gathering
in a building with the same name.
Consider now one definition
of religion; “a cause, principle, or belief
held to with faith and ardor.” “O ye
hypocrites, you can discern the face of the
sky, but you can not discern the signs of
the times?” Are you aware that the 1892 U.S.
supreme Court, after many years of
consideration, decided that America is a
Christian nation? Remember the definition of
time? “A period during which an action,
process, or condition exists or continues.”
Nonetheless, the 1963 U.S.
supreme Court decision, which combined two
separate cases regarding prayer and Bible
reading in public schools, decided that such
prayer and Bible reading were violations of
the Constitution’s first amendment’s
“establishment clause”. Always, remember
folks, one definition of religion is “a
cause, principle, or belief held to with
faith and ardor.”
However, that 1963 Court, as
well as the present 2008 Court, are just an
institution, a thing; therefore it can’t
decide anything. But the people that
comprised the Court back then, and today,
they could and can decide issues. So, what
was “their” religion? Why didn’t they,
meaning the justices, consider the word
“supreme” regarding the 1892 supreme Court
decision?
The last question opens the
door to this one. “What about that
amendment’s second clause regarding “the
free exercise thereof”? Remember that little
word OR? So, do you know the purpose
and function of a constitution? How about
the difference between a country, a nation,
and a state within the United States
of America? Here’s an easier question; do
you know what “no” means, like in “Congress
shall make NO law…? How about the
real reason for the word “or”, regarding
religion, in the first phrase of the
aforementioned amendment?
The word “and” between life
and abundant life, the word
“or” between establishment or
exercise, those two simple, English words
are but two of the many precepts and
principles, that can be discovered by using
the “here a little, there a little” method
within a book called the Bible. Here’s a
real pertinent question regarding such: Do
you think the politicians of today know what
the word “no” means, and the purpose of the
word “or”?
That stripping away of the
“abundant life”, which Jesus was referring
to, began in other areas of the Constitution
as well, spiritually and physically, as far
back as the1800’s. Recall now, “To
everything there is a season, and a time to
every purpose under the heaven”. The U.S.
Constitution is a specific something that
had a specific purpose when it was ratified
in 1788. Today that document is still a
specific something.
However, the two-fold
question for American society today is this
one: “What is the Constitution’s purpose for
today and the future?” Are
America’s politicians actually concerned
about the lawful American society? Folks,
you better start asking those questions of
everyone, not just the politicians, for time
is running out religiously and politically,
for America’s society. Here’s but one reason
why.
Not to far back in time there
was a concept pushed by the media and many
politicians stating, “Morality cannot be
legislated”. That concept was a lie then as
well as now. Here’s the truth: “It’s not
IF morality can be legislated, but
rather whose morality will be
legislated”. If you believe that concept is
still not being pushed today, minus all the
hoop-de-la, you are sincerely wrong in your
beliefs. America, as a county and a nation,
is currently in a season from which there
will be no turning back, unless “We the
People” begin the process of action.
The amount of wrong doing,
from A to Z by our alleged representatives
while in said office as representatives of
we the people, is indicative of their
mindset of: “Morality cannot be legislated”.
The words of John Adams, one of this
nation’s founding fathers, could now be
considered prophetic. “Our Constitution was
made only for a moral and religious people.
It is wholly inadequate to the government of
any other.”
Those very politicians, that
we the people elect to represent us, come
from within a society that should be a moral
and religious people. Therefore, those
politicians are an image, a reflection of
America’s society today. If you also believe
that morality cannot be legislated, don’t
complain about the government of the United
States of America, another institution, but
rather look into a mirror, and thank the
reflection that you see.
“Be not deceived, God is not
mocked; for whatsoever a man sow, that shall
he also reap.” [Gal. 6:7] The American
citizen’s vote is something that is sown;
that vote is a “whatsoever”. How many times
have you heard it said, “A vote for so and
so is a wasted vote”? Such a statement is
usually a reference to a third party
candidate, or a long shot such as Ron Paul.
That third party candidate
has moved up a notch to a second party
candidate, whereas there has been no
distinction for decades between the
Republican and Democratic parties.
Incidentally, why was Ron Paul a long shot
for the Presidency of the United States in
2008? He has morals, ethics, a love for God
and country too. Ron Paul is not perfect,
but who is or was? Nevertheless he was the
best person going until, in my opinion,
something or someone(s) got to him.
Many of America’s citizens,
individuals such as Joe McNeil, myself, and
Pastor Mike Hoover, one of the many hosts on
this network, realize we are living in a
season. It is a season, a time, where the
United States of America, as envisioned by
this nation’s founding fathers is dying a
slow, methodical, physical and
spiritual death. It is a death cleverly
planned and designed by thieves and robbers.
The implementation of such plan has been
going on for two centuries in this country.
It is a plan where the goats are
manipulating the sheep of America to the
slaughterhouse. Constitutionally, “We the
People” are those sheep.
Journey now back in time to
slightly less then 7 years ago. The Democrat
and Republican parties put on quite a show
for the American public immediately after
the events of September 11, 2001. They
gathered on the steps of the Capitol
building and sang “God Bless America”. Quite
a touching moment for them and the American
public, wasn’t it. However “the Bible says”:
“Judge not according to the appearance, but
judge righteous judgment. [John 7:30] Here’s
something else the Bible says: “God
hates…hands that shed innocent blood.”
[Prov. 6:17] Yet politicians and citizens
alike want God to bless America? Folks, get
real and get a life – a real life, but then
you have to realize THE Truth in its
entirety. Legal abortion allows “hands that
shed innocent blood.”
For many decades politicians
have been telling the American public what
tickles the public’s ears, saying one thing
and then doing something else. If you think
such is not the case, why hasn’t there been
an independent investigation regarding the
events of 9-11? Here’s what I mean by
independent; an investigative team from
outside the realm, scope, and immediate
control of the elitist government.
But that type of
investigation has already been done by some
of “We the People”, has it not? Those
investigative individuals and teams have
been labeled “conspiracy nuts”, among other
things. Here’s a question found in the Bible
and asked by a politician; “What is truth.”
[John 18:38] Our politicians for the last
seven years have failed to ask that question
regarding the events of 9-11; I wonder why?
I want you listeners to now
consider another type of season. This radio
program, “The X-Tremes” was “born”, in a
manner of speaking, as a result of many
factors. One of those factors, the primary
contributing factor “reality wise”, was an
individual known as Joe McNeil, the founder,
owner, and operator of “The Micro Effect.com”.
During the past year and a
half or so, I’ve made some seemingly absurd
and outlandish statements and claims on this
radio program; probably upset a bunch of
listeners when I did such too. Here is one
example; “The trinity doctrine of the
organized, institutionalized church is a
farce”. Here’s the pathetic part regarding
that particular statement; most Americans
believe the words “separation of church and
state” are found within the U.S.
Constitution.
It gets worse. Do you realize
why people believe such? Because someone or
something told them so; they believed the
lie regarding “separation of church and
state”. Don’t believe me. Read the U.S.
Constitution for yourself and try to find
the words that aren’t there. The
Constitution isn’t some big document to
read. Nonetheless, people won’t read it;
they’ll keep on believing a lie.
Want to know why most
“Christians” believe in the trinity
doctrine? Because something or someone told
them so; that something is the Bible, the
some one would be a preacher of the
Christian “faith”. Unfortunately most of
those preachers don’t realize what faith
actually is, other then to quote a verse
found in the Bible, Hebrews 11:1.
Go check it out for yourself.
Read that Bible verse, whereas reading that
Bible verse will be much easier and faster
then reading the U.S. Constitution to find a
previously mentioned phrase (separation of
church and state) that is not contained
therein. After you’ve read that Bible verse,
here’s a few question’s you can attempt to
answer regarding what or who faith is.
What tense is the word “is”,
past, present, or future? What is the
substance of things hoped for? What
is the evidence of things not seen?
Sure, people will state: “The Bible says”,
but do we really comprehend what and who is
doing the saying? Reality wise, do we, as
lawful American citizens, supposedly
protected by the Constitution from
government abuse and tyranny, really have a
“life”, an abundant life, the life which was
described by Jesus throughout the Bible?
Believe it or not folks, that
verse, Hebrews 11:1, is a physical
description of the “what” of Jesus, as found
in the Old Testament. There is a vast
difference between who and what. Most
Christians realize who Jesus is, but they
really haven’t grasped or comprehended
what Jesus is, from a realistic,
practical, and common sense perspective.
The preceding statements and
questions are ones where individuals place
the God who inspired the scriptures [2Tim.
3:16] into their theological and
denominational boxes, boxes created and
taught by those “Christians” who
realistically and Biblically haven’t a clue
to WHAT Jesus is.
Nevertheless, this network’s
founder, owner, and also the producer of
“The X-Tremes” program, Joe McNeil,
presented me an opportunity via this network
and particular program (“The X-Tremes”) to
disassemble those aforementioned boxes, such
as the institutionalized churches’ trinity
doctrine. I have to think Joe figured that I
might be a little nutty, but not totally
crazy. Yet many professing Christians will
think and believe that I am a heretic, a
cultist, even “preaching” another or false
gospel.
Nonetheless, thanks to the
opportunity and the season I was privileged
to have on this program, I’ve also acquired
some acquaintances and new friends as well,
individuals who have realized this Biblical
truth; there is only one God – not
three, known as the trinity doctrine, as
commonly taught, accepted, and believed by
most institutional Christian, who are one,
two, or three hours a week church-goers.
These individuals, as one recently told me,
have stepped out of the theological box
devised by men, not by the Spirit of God.
One point I’ve mentioned
numerous times on this program, is this:
“Christians say they believe the Bible.”
I’ve also asked this question as well; “Yes,
the Bible says, but do you know what it
actually means”? Again an example of that
particular question; the Bible says, “Thou
believest that there is one God…” [James
1:19] So how come the vast majority of
Christians believe in the church’s
trinity doctrine of God the Father, God the
Son, and God the Holy Spirit”? I count three
God’s in that last question, not one. How
about you? [Cf. Ephesians 4:3-6]
Incidentally, how many “Gods” are supposed
to bless America?
Here’s another example of
“the Bible says”, “There is a time to be
born and a time to die”. For practical
purposes, the country of
America began in the 1600’s. America the
nation was born in 1776.
IF the Bible is true, perhaps it
is the season, the time for the country
called America to die? Practically and
realistically, is it really the season, the
time for this nation to die as well?
If you’re not sure to believe
the Bible’s truth of one God,
OR man’s theology of
three God’s, and are to lazy to
research that difference for yourself, how
can you understand the distinction, the
differences, the extremes, between a country
and a nation? As a friend recently told me,
“The words of God are the highway to the
Spirit of God.”
Ladies and gentlemen, the
death of a country is preceded first by the
death of a nation. I’m persuaded, and
convinced by the physical and “spiritual”
evidence, that the alleged Christian
church of the past century became
increasingly concerned with the size of
their denominational churches and
their own doctrine and dogmas, rather than
the collective “soul” of this nation called
America.
Furthermore, because of their
concern for their own doctrines and dogmas,
this nation’s Declaration of Independence
and U.S. Constitution have been collecting
dust on the shelves of the 501(c) 3
institutionalized churches of our now
corporate government. The land that I love
and traveled across, in an eighteen wheeler,
is dying, and in more ways than one.
Therefore I am persuaded it is time for me
to enter into another season within my own
personal season.
Therefore it is with
difficulty, sadness, and regret I am
announcing my decision to suspend this radio
program, beginning tonight Thursday, July
31, 2008, for an undetermined “season”. For
the record, I have initiated changes in
other areas as well, regarding other
projects I have been involved with. A great
deal of thought went into my decisions
regarding those changes. However, my
decision regarding this program was the
toughest one to make.
My gratitude is extended to
all the listeners of this network;
specifically those who listened to the
program entitled “The X-Tremes”. My
gratitude is especially and specifically
extended to Joe McNeil, his family, and to
all the sponsors, advertisers, and the
listeners which supported, and continue to
support, this network. Remember, without “You
the People”, there would be no network
called “The Micro Effect” for…… “We
the People”.
There were numerous
contributing factors that led to my
decision. The primary reason however was the
cliché and the reality of, “not enough hours
in the day”. I’m quite certain Joe McNeil,
and other individuals as well, can relate to
the reality of that cliché.
Here’s one factor why my
particular decision was difficult. Over
twenty years ago my wife and I had a tape
ministry for truck drivers. I had also
written articles for a Christian trucking
ministry, some of which were published by
secular trucking magazines. Most of the
issues I dealt with back then, have only
gotten worse today. One prediction I made 20
years ago was the direction this country and
nation was headed in, politically and
religiously.
Just for the record,
“Christians” be it their personal or
business lifestyles, should be in the world
but not of the world. Yet many of those
individuals who claim to be Christian are
just as narrow, close minded and bigoted,
oft times so much more so, than those who
are non-Christians. [Cf. Rom. 12:2]
But to Joe McNeil the
Constitutional phrase “abridging the freedom
of speech” went beyond mere words and
rhetoric. The Micro Effect was a reality,
the real thing, with regards to “freedom of
speech”. I oft times stated some “off the
wall” stuff on the air. But Joe never
censored me or condemned me, on or off the
air. Nevertheless there are limitations and
exclusions to freedom of speech, something
the present day politicians, and President,
haven’t the foggiest idea about.
Here’s another combination
factor; when I began “The X-Tremes” on this
network I was “retired”, no longer in the
labor force of America. However, a number of
months after I began this program in 2007, I
returned to the working world on a part-time
basis, at the urging of my wife and
daughter. I was spending far too much time
in what I call the cubbyhole, with little or
no physical activity or exercise. They were
seeing the results of that physical “lack”
on me; and so was I.
Additionally, and quite
rapidly, that part time job became a
“seasonal” full time job, seasonal in this
instance meaning spring, summer, and autumn.
It is the only part time job in my life that
I’ve worked where I earned overtime.
However, I soon realized the physical
stamina that I once had as a middle-age
individual was fading off into the sunset.
The early to rise and late to bed routine,
and working outside in the heat, at work and
at the home 20, started taking its toll on
me physically.
Here’s yet another part of
the combination factor I pondered over. I
had begun working on a manuscript for a book
in 2003, regarding politics and religion in
America. After I “retired” in mid 2006, I
spent the vast majority of my time
“holed-up” working on completing that
manuscript. Little did I realize just how
controlling and manipulative the so called
“Christian publishing houses” and media
outlets were, perhaps more so then even the
secular publishers and media are. Therefore,
I never finalized that manuscript.
The chances of my manuscript
being published, again something I began
work on in 2003, was about as good as pigs
flying. As I saw it, completing such was a
waste of my effort and time. So, I committed
to writing some articles for a couple of web
sites. At the same time, I decided that this
radio program could be an opportunity to
renew that tape ministry using modern day
technology. Additionally, I could also use
my manuscript and article research as the
basis for “The X-Tremes” radio program. It
all worked out for awhile.
Here’s the bottom line of
reality folks; I began to run out of hours
in the day. I was pushing myself to the
extremes of my physical and mental
capabilities, time wise. Unwittingly I
became spread out too much, i.e. “spread
myself too thin.” Therefore, I had to
re-evaluate my priorities, previous
commitments, and obligations.
In short, I needed to return
to my original “calling”, the direction
given to me from the Lord many years ago.
That “calling”, one of my previous
commitments, involved completing the
manuscript, as well as resuming my
investigative and research writing,
regarding politics and religion.
Perhaps the following might
somewhat explain the previously mentioned
bottom line and the written word, verses the
spoken word. The inspired words of
God state: “So then faith cometh by hearing,
and hearing by the word of God.” [Rom.
10:17] Again, IF the Bible is
true, it is very logical, reasonable, and
expedient to politically remove as
much Bible reading, prayer, and preaching,
as physically possible from America’s
society. As much that is, as so called
Christians will continue to allow,
politically and religiously.
Some may think it foolhardy
to support the Micro Effect financially and
otherwise. There’s a bottom line however, a
bottom line regarding God and country. The
difference between “We the People” and “We
the Politicians” (aka. “us” and “them”,
politically and religiously) was
simplistically stated by Jesus. “…he
that is not against us is for us.” [Luke
9:50]
IF
what I’ve just stated is true, solely
because the Bible says so, then what has
happened to the Spirit of Christ? Are you
beginning to realize why “…the scorners
delight in their scorning, and fools hate
knowledge”? [Psalms 14:1] Furthermore if God
is love, how can the God hate specific
thoughts and actions, as previously
mentioned?
Before I wander off here’s
another factor and perspective, regarding my
decision to suspend this program. “Well
there Bill, if you are such a ‘good’
Christian, why have you decided to suspend
the radio program? After all, how can faith
come if people will no longer hear you on
this network”, could be your thinking.
Believe it or not folks, that scenario and
the questions, are very reasonable. After
all, “the Bible says”, “Faith comes by
hearing” does it not?
Let me address the obvious
first, the word “good”. The Bible says, “Why
callest thou me good? There is none good but
one, that is God.” [Mark 10:18] Now if Jesus
objected to being called good, shouldn’t I
object too? I’m not a “good” Christian,
merely a Christian; but that distinction is
where “faith” is misconstrued, and the word
itself misapplied, misused, and not
comprehended in the “real world”.
Furthermore, if Jesus was or
is God, as the theologians and Christians
have assumed, why would Jesus object to
being called good? Oh yes, the Bible says:
“I and my Father are one.” [John 10:30] That
particular statement by Jesus is but one
place where assumptions begin regarding a
triune God or godhead, a God in three
persons, and other variations thereof. What
I refer to as “God’s systems” are not even
considered and/or totally disregarded, in
the particular issue of the trinity
doctrine.
While the Bible says, “So
faith comes by hearing… [Rom. 10:17], I’ve
come to a deeper realization that “the pen
is mightier than the sword”. (Edward Bulwer)
Reality wise I had put down my pen,
technically my computer keyboard, with
regards to the “written word”, and
began using the “spoken word”
instead, via “The Micro Effect” broadcast
network.
However, during the course of
research for some programs, I ran across
something interesting to me at the personal
level. Thomas Jefferson in 1796, before he
became the United States President, sent a
letter to Thomas Paine in which Jefferson
stated: "Go on doing with your pen what in
other times was done with the sword." Those
words of Jefferson brought forth a
confirmation and further realizations to me,
regarding some other statements by this
nation’s founding fathers as well.
When the words of Jefferson
are considered from a realistic and
practical perspective, the modern day
“things” of guns and bullets have replaced
swords as weapons. Nevertheless, there is a
particular sword that will never be replaced
by anything. [Cf. Isaiah 40:8] Here’s how
another individual stated such; “…and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of
God.” [Eph. 6:17]
I’m persuaded that Jefferson
was well aware of, as were many more of this
nation’s founding fathers, of that
particular type of sword described by a new
covenant writer named Paul. For instance,
Benjamin Franklin stated, “As the Scriptures
are given for our reproof, instruction, and
warning, may we make a due use of this
example before it is too late.”
There is a common
denominator, a common connection, between
faith, hearing, pen, and sword. That
“commonality” is words. However, words can
be (not will be) grasped easier and
more effectively by the average individual
using the written word, rather then the
spoken word. Why do I state, “not will be”?
Consider the definition of reproof, “the
blame or censure for a fault,” with regards
to Franklin’s statement and the scriptures.
The written word of James,
who was the half brother of Jesus, stated,
“Thou believest that there is one God; thou
doest well…” That is what the Bible says,
the book you claim to believe as a
“Christian”. How many Bible Gods will you
continue to believe in; one, or the assumed
three? Rather odd the devils believe in one
God [James 2:19] while the vast majority of
Christians believe in three “Gods”.
Incidentally, the spirit of
the antichrist figured out what Jesus
was a long, long, time ago while the vast
majority of today’s modern Christians
haven’t a clue to what Jesus is. The spirit
of the antichrist, and there are many
manifestations of such nowadays, has also
realized that for tens of decades,
Christians have paid little, if any
attention at all, to phrases and specific
words.
Whenever an individual
realizes and believes the following, a truth
of reality, then “life” should become
somewhat clearer and more purposeful. There
are lots of hearers of “the Bible says”, but
few doers of what the Bible says. [Cf. James
1:22] More specifically and detailed, there
are lots of hearers of the word, but few
doers of the WORD. Here are some more items
folks; unless you want to continue to love
simplicity.
There are lots of hearers and
lookers of what “the Bible says”, which are
the words of God in written form, but few
doers in reality regarding Jesus teachings
and lifestyle, who physically was the words
of God made flesh. Read it for yourself in
John 1:14.
Have you ever seriously
considered exactly what word or words John
was referring to in John 1:14? Then too,
exactly how did that word become flesh? When
you figure that out, then you’ll realize not
only who Jesus is, but what Jesus is as
well. Here’s a hint to my last questions
answer. Check out the first chapter of Luke,
verses 26 thru 38.
So many professing
Christians begin with, “The Bible says.”
That beginning statement might have
impressed people two hundred years ago, even
fifty years ago, but not today. In today’s
technical society, this question needs to be
added: “Why does the Bible say that, and
what does it mean for today’s time and
season?”
The Bible says, or also
claims depending upon one’s ideology, the
following: “My people are destroyed for lack
of knowledge…” [Hosea 4:6] The Bible also
claims, or the Bible also says, “The fear of
the Lord is the beginning of knowledge…”
[Proverbs 1:7] That specific fear of the
Lord can be found in Proverbs 8:13.
As the 2008 elections draw
closer, consider something else as well. If
God is love [1st John 4:8] then
why does God hate certain actions? [Cf.
Proverbs 6:16-19] Modern day politicians
have proud looks; they have lying tongues
and have allowed the shedding of innocent
blood, in more ways than just abortion,
using legislation that usually is
unconstitutional.
Furthermore, those
politicians have devised wicked things for
you to imagine, for instance the 9-11
Commission report, which resulted in such
things as “The Patriot Act”. People bear a
false witness to the words of God as found
in the Scriptures. Here’s an example; “In
God We Trust”.
People, including
politicians, also create discord among the
lawful citizens of this country AND
the nation known as the United States of
America. In addition, the elitists and
lobbyists scurry around, ultimately at our
expense, to and in Congressional offices to
create or be part of mischief as well.
Rather odd that God hates
specific things, as previously mentioned,
but Christians, and very shortly “We the
People” will be fined and/or jailed if we
hate the same things as God! I’ve considered
a modern day reality of why “the pen is
mightier then the sword.” It is far easier
to reach people and politicians with written
words, using snail mail and e-mail, then the
spoken word via a radio program.

10-2-08 FOOD FOR THOUGHT and
economic extremes.
I hope you folks realize that
particular 1963 U.S. Supreme court decision,
mentioned earlier, turned the once public
school system into a political school
system; a political, not a
governmental or public school system.
Consider now that 1963 removal of Bible
reading and prayer from the school system,
and the deception and manipulation using so
called hate law legislative “bills” of
recent times.
Consider this: Education is
not knowledge, but knowledge is education.
Therefore I’d like you to now
consider the difference between “You the
People” and the U.S. Constitutional phrase
“We the People” regarding the season and
times that the United States of America has
been in since 1963. That was the year the
God who inspired the Bible was politically
removed from the once public school system,
while religious folks did virtually nothing.
Believe it or not, if one
studies and investigates political and
religious issues with an open mind, meaning
to set aside one’s preconceived thoughts,
beliefs and teachings, one could - not
necessarily will - realize the difference
between “We the People” and “You the
People”.
The Constitutional intent of
“We the People” has been consistently
perverted for well over one hundred years.
The economic bailout or “rescue” solution of
September/October 2008 is but one result of
a perversion that “constitutionally”
occurred in 1913. “How long ye simple ones
will ye love simplicity…”? [Proverbs 1:22]
America’s problem is not
simplicity: for example the phrase on “our”
current legal (not lawful”) tender, since
the mid 1800’s, “In God We Trust”. The
problem is “loving” and remaining
simplistic; not looking beyond the nose on
our face, or past the words written on
paper. For example, “Be not deceived, God is
not mocked; for whatsoever a man soweth,
that shall he also reap.” [Gal. 6:7 read
verse 8 also]
The nation of America has not
trusted in God for a long, long time. Money
had become a “god” to America’s “upper
crust”.
