About Bill
Bill Clade is a graduate from
the “school of practical experience” and the college of
“real life”, with working experience in the retail food
business, insurance industry, and a former part-time
bartender. Add to that background his law enforcement,
investigative research and writing, government and
political experience as well.
His main stay profession for
over 40 years was in the trucking industry however, from
driving straight trucks to eighteen wheelers to the
operations manager for a small specialized trucking
company. Bill also did a stint driving a school bus for
a season and drove Sunday School buses for a couple of
years. Not only was he a driver of the “big rigs”, he
also worked as a mechanic on such.
Two separate and unique
“Spiritual” experiences with the God of the Bible in
years past (1969 and 1982) and his varied background in
the working world eventually brought about his nickname,
“The Bible Mechanic” a few years ago. “Two subjects I
despised in high school, English and history, are now
the very subjects I use to explain to people why the
nation of America has been in a rapidly declining mode,
especially since 1963”, states Bill.
Mr. Clade offers his unique
methods and style, his years of secular experience and
Biblical expertise to the “Tyranny Chronicles”
newsletter, and on his radio show
"The
Bible Mechanic" on
American Voice Radio. Bill is in the process of
writing his first book and doing a tape ministry.

FOOTNOTE:
About Bill - by myself.
I’m not one to “toot my own horn”; however America is in
a crisis mode of epidemic proportion. The original
header, “About Bill”, was written by the web master of
this web site, an individual who has become a dear
friend – a friend - not just an acquaintance of mine,
Jacqueline Flanigan. Therefore I’m going to slightly
expand the original “header” by adding this “footnote”.
I
entered into this realm we usually call “life” in May
1941 – about 6 months before World War Two began. My
place of birth was in Brooklyn, NY. From what my
immediate family has told me, I was someone who wasn’t
expected to live, let alone “live” what would be
considered a “normal life”.
Nonetheless, eventually I did all the normal things: you
know, go through grade school and high school, attended
church, then into the workforce, a marriage, one
young-un, a house and another young-un, and so forth.
The vast majority of my “working life” was spent in the
trucking industry. It was the main source of finances
for the “family”. That industry gave me the opportunity
to see America at “ground level”, coast to coast and
border to border.
Now I’m going to skip a lot of my lifestyles details,
whereas that was then, and this is now. Unfortunately
I’ve made lots of mistakes, bad decisions, bad choices –
just like many other folks have; many folks will
continue to do so. I would also classify some of my bad
decisions and bad choices as downright stupid, supported
by plenty of misinformation! So here is some “real life”
and practical advice; “Learn from your past, don’t live
in it.” However, most individuals nowadays do not learn
from their past or mistakes, let alone those made by
other individuals as well.
Nevertheless the possibility does exist that perhaps
just one individual is willing to learn from the
experiences of my lifestyle, then and now. Perhaps that
someone is you? Therefore this web site is not about, or
even for me, rather one for and concerning “We the
People”, a phrase found in the U.S. Constitution’s
Preamble. Ben Franklin stated in reply to a question,
regarding the U.S. Constitution, “We have given you a
republic, if you can keep it.” Please note, a republic –
not a democracy as we are usually told; that is a
classic example of misinformation. Do you also realize
where the responsibility lies to “keep the republic’?
It should also be noted that Benjamin Franklin, one of
this nation’s “founding fathers” stated, “As the
Scriptures are given for our reproof, instruction, and
warning, may we make a due use of this example before it
is too late.” Franklin was undoubtedly referencing the
Bible book referred to, known as, 2nd Timothy
3:16. A key precept in that particular Bible verse is
the word “inspiration”.
Why is it that America is in a crisis mode of epidemic
proportion, “politically” and “religiously”? Here is one
reason; America’s citizens have failed to heed the words
of just one individual - Benjamin Franklin – as well as
the words expressed and written by the other founding
“fathers” of this nation.
Now some individuals might recognize a Biblical
principle, indirectly stated by John the Baptist; “He
must increase, but I must decrease” [John 3:30] Most
individuals will realize to whom John the Baptist was
referring to. However many of those same individuals
will not recognize the principle, and therefore cannot
begin to apply such to their own lifestyles, religiously
and politically. For 28 years, I was one of those latter
type individuals. Then in December 1969 I had a Biblical
and “Spiritual” experience. A number of years later, in
1982, I had another, similar and related experience.
However in 1963, 6 years previous to my
Biblical “Spiritual experience”, I realized America was
in trouble. For example, in 1963 the U.S. supreme
(alleged) Court decided prayer and Bible reading were
“unconstitutional” for public schools. By the time 1979
rolled around, I already had 24 years of “work”
experience in various occupations, such as the retail
food and beverage businesses, the insurance business,
law enforcement, and even bartending. There was however
this nagging question in my mind ever since 1963. “How
could a few individuals change the heritage and course
of America?”
As a trucker I’ve hauled, furniture, steel, machinery,
fruit, produce, cement, concrete, gasoline, diesel, and
jet fuel, just to name some examples. Again, that
industry gave me the opportunity to see America at
“ground level”, coast to coast and border to border, as
well as the opportunity to meet and talk with “the
real working class” of Americans, the one’s
who are continually struggling to “make ends meet”,
especially nowadays.
What you will read and/or listen to on this web site are
the correlation of 50 plus years of “real life”
experience, investigation, and study that began in 1955.
However, 1969 was the year I began to see things and
people in a different light, sometimes called insight.
However, 1982 was the year that I began to comprehend
the “big picture” religiously and politically, secularly
and spiritually, naturally and super-naturally, through
another set of “eyes’, and with a different “mind”.
Then in 1985 I was “shown”, via the aforementioned “key”
word, and precept, the primary, combined basic reason as
to why America was, and still is, in ever increasing BIG
trouble. With each year that has passed since then, and
on a daily basis, the pieces that form the picture
puzzle, the “why” of my previously mentioned question,
have been put into place. Today “The View Through the
Windshield”, with regards to America’s future as a
nation AND as a country, is not all that
promising. Politically and religiously, and in more ways
than one, Matthew 24 is knocking at the door of
America’s “heart”.
If you are a close minded individual, someone set in
their ways with preconceived ideas and beliefs, someone
who can only look at people and things from a narrow,
subjective minded perspective, this particular web site
is not for you. Additionally, if you are someone that is
totally immersed in the tradition and doctrines of the
institutionalized “Christian church”, this web site is
definitely not “your cup of tea”, unless…
If on the other hand, you are tired of “the same ole –
same ole” rhetoric and diatribe with regards to politics
and religion, consider yourself an open minded
individual and would like a different perspective on
politics and religion that is presented in a
non-traditional manner through/using a unique method (Wordology),
I invite you to check back here on a regular basis.
Ben Franklin realized and concluded that, “Only a
virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations
become more corrupt and vicious, they have more need of
masters.” As Franklin also once stated, I too echo his
words for this day; “I have lived, Sir, a long time; and
the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of
this truth: that God governs in the affairs of men.”
But then, this web site is not about me, but rather for
you. Therefore, the longer you live, will you be able to
realize the convincing proofs of this truth: “That God
governs in the affairs of men?” That question is the
reason for “The Bible Mechanic”, as is the following
statement and quote.
“The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts
only as are injurious to others. But it does me no
injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods or
no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg”
Thomas Jefferson
